    • Nigerians: Access to all services
    • Non-Nigerians: Virtual dollar card access
KYC & Account

KYC & Account Usage

  1. Know Your Customer (KYC):
    • Phone verification (refusal may lead to rejection)
    • Valid identity document submission
  2. Account Usage:
    • No fraudulent activity, offenders will be blocked
    • Do not use multiple contacts for the same complaint
    • USDT deposits allowed for virtual cards (non-Nigerians only)
